Description C. Zamboni & Sons building located at 301, 303, 305 North Cedar, Owatonna, showing changes to front and addition of showroom on the left. The building facade features terra cotta decorations with the letter Z, and the letters ZB intertwined, standing for Zamboni and Zamboni Brothers. Textured stonework in a diamond pattern is below stone slabs. A small balcony extends over the door on the right, with doors and an iron railing. The stonework around the doorways is carved to look like rope twists. Window awnings on the two right windos state: Fishing Tackle and Sporting Goods. Canopies on the display room windows feature Z's. There is a cement sidewalk next to the unpaved street. Streetlight displays the number 12 and is beside a water hydrant; a bicycle is leaning against the building on the right.
